Day One to four

  • 4:30 PM: gathering, arriving in the physical space
  • 5:00 PM: start zoom, check-in names, intents, background, integration of the previous day (if one)
  • 6:00 PM: Integral Presence – guided meditation to enter into the sacred initiatory space – specific initiation of the IP elements that are related to the topic(s) of the day
  • 7:00 PM: tea break
  • 7:15 PM: exploring the topic(s) of the day
  • 7:45 PM: Q&A – process work – passing the cycle the transformation
  • 8:30 PM: sharing & identifying learning point
  • 8:50 PM: closure of the day
